Labs

These are the labs I use in practice to assess nutrient status, gut health, and underlying imbalances. I am excited to offer these labs direct-to-consumer with a Personalized Lab Interpretation + Action Plan. 

Here's what happens when you order a lab on my website: 

1. You purchase the lab of your choice from my site. 

2. I drop ship a lab kit if applicable (or provide you a requisition form for simple blood labs) and you get an email with directions for the lab draw or collection.

3. I send you a form to complete with symptoms of concern, what you are looking to address, current supplements and an overview of diet.

4. When results come back, I send you those along with a customized interpretation and protocol that you can put into place right away including diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations.

5. From there, you can email me any questions you might have for the first 72 hours after I send my review. 

HSA/FSA cards can be used for lab purchases as well as consultations.

Labs must be submitted within 3 months of purchase. No refunds on lab kits.
