This panel was designed to give you a clear, foundational picture of your fertility so you can move forward with intention, not guesswork.

What This Test Evaluates

• Ovarian reserve and reproductive hormone signaling, including AMH, FSH, LH, estradiol, progesterone, and prolactin
• Androgen balance, including total testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG, and DHEA-S
• Thyroid function, including TSH, Free T3, and Free T4
• Metabolic health and inflammation, including fasting insulin, hemoglobin A1c, and hs-CRP
• Nutrient status and methylation, including vitamin D, ferritin, vitamin B12, folate, and homocysteine
• Magnesium status (RBC magnesium for intracellular assessment)

How Testing Works

This panel is completed in two phases to ensure accurate hormone interpretation.

Phase 1: Cycle Day 2–4
Complete the majority of labs at the beginning of your cycle

Phase 2: Luteal Phase
Progesterone is collected 5–7 days after ovulation

Timing this correctly is essential, as progesterone must be measured after ovulation to accurately assess levels. We will reach out with instructions after purchase to ensure you get your blood drawn on the correct day.
